2025 Amor Real accomplishments
This year has been truly remarkable for Amor Real Ministries (ARMS). We have once again witnessed the faithful provision of our Father, who met every need—especially at Pat’s Place, our home for abused women and children in Lima, Peru. Alongside the daily care provided at Pat’s Place, we were also able to serve far beyond the home through mission teams and soup kitchens in Paraíso, reaching hundreds of families throughout the year. As the founders of ARMS in 2016, we are grateful and humbled to share that 2025 has been one of our strongest years of ministry, made possible only through the generosity of supporters like YOU, whose faithful investment allows us to continue God’s transformative work.
Providing housing, food, education, counseling, clothes, medication, and spiritual care for 35 women and children who lived at Pat’s Place throughout the entire year
Replacing 12 beds and mattresses, ensuring every woman and child had a safe and comfortable place to rest
Installing window braces throughout the home to meet required security standards
Rewiring 1st through 4th floors with new lights, switches, and plugs
Reinforcing stairwell railings from the 1st through the 4th floors, to improve safety
Thanks to our incredible mission visitors, the main kitchen was demolished and rebuilt, resulting in a safer, more efficient space to serve families daily
Serving hundreds of families through soup kitchens in Paraíso, supported by mission teams throughout the year
And, as always, there were so many moments of healing, joy, stability, and growth that cannot be fully captured in a list but are deeply felt in the lives of the families we serve.
Thank YOU for being a vital part of God’s plan for Pat’s Place and for the people of Peru. Because of your faithful partnership, we are stepping into 2026—our 10th year of ministry—with gratitude, confidence, and great anticipation for all that God will continue to do. We are honored to walk this journey with you.
As we look ahead, we are also very excited about the upcoming spring publication of Choosing True Life, Holly’s first book and a discipleship guide for new and growing Christians. Our desire is to translate this resource into Spanish as soon as possible so that it can be used by new believers and by the families at Pat’s Place.
