As July blazes by, we’re embracing the heat with hearts full of gratitude and hands busy with purpose. These months have been one of connections, construction, and shared joy — the very essence of Amor Real and Pat’s Place.
❤️ Strengthening Bonds at Pat’s Place
Here in our home base, Pat’s Place continued to be the heartbeat of our mission. We deepened relationships with families, offering a nice spa day for our mothers. While most of the team took the kids out for a few hours, the mothers were able to sit back, relax, and be prayed over. Pat’s Place isn’t just a place — it’s a healing space.

🏠 Building Hope in Paraíso
In the vibrant hillside community of Paraíso, July was all about foundations — both physical and emotional. With the help of passionate volunteers from The Vine Community Church and The Prayer Room Church, we laid the groundwork (literally!) for new homes and roofs in the community, and a whole lot of love to go around. Each panel, each nail, each conversation, each touch of kindness tells a story of resilience and renewal. Families who once dreamed of secure shelter are now seeing that dream take shape before their eyes.

🍲 Serving with Heart in the Soup Kitchens
The aroma of fresh rice, beans, eggs, and potatoes became the language of love this July. At the soup kitchens in Paraíso, we served over 600 meals — each dish prepared and delivered with compassion. For many children and elders, this may be their only meal of the day, and your support helps make it count.

Learning to cook Peruvian style which means only fresh ingredients
Praying with families as they are served
Fixing electrical and roof issues in the kitchens
