Pat's Place

To rescue

To empower
To nurture
To serve
To send
— The Vision of Pat's Place

To rescue women and their children who have escaped abusive relationships and embrace them with the true love of Christ Jesus.

To provide the women and children a safe haven for their families to begin the process of healing, restoration, and wholeness.

To empower the women with education and/or a new trade so they can provide for their families.

To nurture the children with godly parental figures to show them what true love is.

To provide a fully functional home environment that cultivates an atmosphere of childlike faith and joy that enables complete recovery.

To serve short-term missions teams as a means of ministry for the women and children who live at Pat's Place and also impoverished communities like Paraíso we serve.

To send healed women and their children back into the community to be difference-makers and leaders in their churches and to share their faith and testimonies as a light for those still in darkness.

...Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
— Matthew 25: 34-36
